-A.S. Denver, COEven a pop artist like Mr. A-Z throws up rock hands from time to time.

Jason Mraz wasted no time in busting out his earliest hit, “The Remedy,” with the second song of the set. Despite the heat, Mraz had the entire crowd lost in the song. At the end he had the ladies singing “I won’t worry my life away” while all of the fellas were singing Oasis’ “Wonderwall.” It was an interesting live mash up. After hearing “Live High” I decided it was time to move on.The very goofy and entertaining Mraz got the crowd going by taking Polaroids with some suggestive thrusts.

-M.S. Jason Mraz was almost exactly what I expected. He got the crowd grooving, and he sang his hits, including “The Dynamo of Volition” and “I’m Yours.” He also covered Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds.” At one point in the show, the bongo player got the crowd going by holding up a gnome. The former musical theater major also infused his unique flow with some reggae in his own songs.
