@AndyShore Flaming Lips is now among the bands coming to the middle coast for Pitchfork this summer. It was originally reported that they would be participating in the “Write the Night” series at the festival, but that has been corrected. Flaming Lips will close out the festival Sunday night. The “Write the Night” series will take place Friday night and includes Built to Spill, the Jesus Lizard, Tortoise and Yo La Tengo.
Any problems regarding tickets purchased due to what was previously reported can be addressed with TicketWeb for reimbursement at info@ticketweb.com. Zack says he’s coming home for Pitchfork. I know he’ll be pretty geeked to find out one of his favorite bands is closing out one of our hometown festivals.

mmm Flaming Lips. I’m a tad bit disappointed I don’t get to vote on their songs, but they really don’t vary up their set-list that much.
