@AndyShore Yesterday I wrote that Tim Urban, Paige Miles and Didi Benami were in the bottom 3. Andrew Garcia can just as easily be on that list, but I hope he gets another shot. Those four were bad enough that I don’t think I have to worry about any of the talented singers going home. I’ve been wrong before though. Not exactly looking forward to Miley Cyrus performing tonight, but she wasn’t terrible as a mentor. Disney is in full force tonight, with Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas are also performing. Hope the jokes are good tonight. I got a nap in after work, so I should be fresh.
9:03 The top 11 are performing “Wake Me Up” by Wham! Doing the choreography without a gas fight is a travesty.
9:16 Siobhan Magnus is safe. Tim Urban and Paige Miles are in the bottom 3. I’m 2 for 3 so far! Seacrest left Casey James and Lee Dewyze standing for the commercial break, but I’m pretty sure they’re safe.
9:24 Miley’s performance was terrible. Tim and Paige can stay, Miley needs to go home.
9:35 Aaron Kelly, Didi Benami, Big Mike, Crystal Bowersox and Andrew Garcia are safe. Katie Stevens rounds out the bottom 3. She’ safe though. Tim and Paige are the bottom 2.
9:49 Demi Lovato has a surprisingly good voice for a 17-year-old girl (Yep. I checked how old she was, so my commentary would be appropriate.). Joe Jonas didn’t weigh her down, a la the Stevie Wonders Grammys performance.
9:56 That was straight up cold blooded. Paige Miles is the low vote getter. Simon told her she’s not getting saved, before she even sang.
9:58 Next week is R&B week. Usher is the mentor. Everyone will expect Big Mike to to something great. Let’s see if he can live up to the expectations.
